Cael Parker is a powerhouse fueled by unrelenting curiosity, a drive to learn, and a readiness to dive into any challenge. With a foundation in design and fine arts, her early work centered on personal expression. As her career evolved, she became drawn to the process of creation itself and the impact of building with purpose. This shift led her into the product and entrepreneurship space, where she now applies her creative skills to solve complex problems and drive meaningful outcomes.

A graduate of VCUarts with a Master’s degree in Product Innovation from VCU’s da Vinci Center, Cael has worked with diverse clients and teams to hone her expertise in strategic planning, user-centric design, and agile project management. She has also facilitated workshops on entrepreneurship, innovation, and design thinking, and is the Co-Founder of CMPLX XP LLC, a gaming company. Her background has equipped her to navigate challenges with adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.
